Kaushal Parikh is a former banker who journeyed from the corporate world to the realm of photography and painting.

Kaushal spent years trapped in the confines of offices. Despite the stability and stature, he felt a deep sense of discontentment: corporate life was not for him. In this period of introspection, he picked up a camera, which changed the course of his life.

Exploring the streets of India through a lens, Kaushal found a sense of purpose and fulfilment. Immersing himself in the tapestry of Indian culture and sharing his discoveries through photographs, he was soon offered assignments that allowed him to understand and capture the essence and diversity of his homeland.

Kaushal published a photo book showcasing his street photography that earned accolades from the photography community around the world. Yet, he yearned for a deeper form of self-expression beyond the confines of a camera lens.

It was this quest that led Kaushal to discover the joys of painting. Grappling with colour dyslexia, he turned this perceived limitation around, infusing his artwork with a distinctive palette that often deviates from traditional colour theory.

Today, Kaushal enjoys the perfect balance of photography and painting, each medium offering a unique outlet for his creativity. The most rewarding aspect of Kaushal's journey has been his family's unwavering love and support. Surrounded by their warmth and encouragement, he finds in them, solace and inspiration.
